Keeping up with changes to the site
Please note the following condition. Games and explanations may be updated to correct issues or improve clarity. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use the contact form for a question about using the site. The contact form is available for questions.
What to know about saved rounds
For clarity about use of the site: Saved progress and best scores, where offered, are kept in the browser. There is no player-account backup or cross-device recovery service. A cleared browser profile or private session may lose stored progress. Use the site’s normal controls and links.
Read the rules before playing
For clarity about use of the site: The playing page and its Guide explain the rules used by that activity. Local house rules and simplified modes are identified in the game description. Do not assume that a game uses every rule of a tournament or commercial app. Check the Guide when a rule is unclear.
When you leave through a link
This applies while you use the games and pages. External pages have their own rules and privacy information. A link is not a guarantee of another service’s availability, claims or performance. Review a destination before relying on its information or using its services. Read any game-specific note before starting.
Using the contact form
This applies while you use the games and pages. Send only information you are entitled to share through the contact or FAQ form. Provide accurate details and avoid private payment or login information. Sending feedback does not create a guarantee of a reply or a requested change. A page update may clarify the way a feature works.
What the site is designed for
Please note the following condition. Use the games for personal recreation and learning their stated rules. They do not provide gambling accounts, deposits or cash-redemption services. Points, achievements and puzzle results have no cash value here. Use a separate service only after reviewing its own information.
Rights associated with website material
This applies while you use the games and pages. Do not assume that access to a game or page grants permission to redistribute its artwork, code or text. Applicable licences and ownership rights still apply. Ask about a specific resource before reusing it outside this site. A stated game rule applies to that activity.
Expectations for using the site
This applies while you use the games and pages. Do not disrupt the site, overload its forms, attempt unauthorised access or send malicious content. Use the normal controls and links provided. Report a suspected fault through the contact form instead of exploiting it. A page update may clarify the way a feature works.
Local players and computer opponents
Please note the following condition. Same-device games are shared-screen activities. A computer opponent is automated; neither mode provides internet matchmaking. Check the mode label before arranging a game with someone else. Use the site’s normal controls and links.
About device compatibility
This applies while you use the games and pages. Features depend on your browser and device. The site cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation on every device. Use the listed controls and report a reproducible issue when one occurs. A page update may clarify the way a feature works.
